The product
The product introduced into the market must have the approval of all the relevant health officials and be licensed by the authority in order to be sold to the people. This will give the customers the confidence of purchasing the product without the fear of the unknown. The product should have the mark of quality on the product’s label. This ensures that no one will look down on the product one is offering in the market.
The price
The market is ready for ready for new products that are of high quality and of the set standards. The price of a product is determined by the demand of the product which is brought about by the quality of the product being offered. The high-quality product will have high demand from the customers. The price of the new product should be lower for many people to afford it. In three to four months time the price should be raised while also improving the quality (Stimpson & Joyce, 2012).
Customers will not note the change in the price if the quality of the product will improve. No one wants to spend an extra penny to the same product that has no improvement. When changing the price, one should put into consideration what the competitors are offering. A customer will always go for the best product which is equivalent to the cash one is paying.
In order to minimize the cost of the business, it is advisable to mechanize the work. Use of machines to serve people at different points. This will lower the cost of employing more people into the new business and will lead to the large margin in profit making. Using canned drinks will make it easier for machines to be used in the self-service. This will minimize loses that may occur as a result of some employee may sell the product and keep the cash in his or her pocket.
Promotion and place of the business
The best performing businesses in the world have something in common. They all have product promotion to their customers who on the other hand returns the favor by buying the product in bulk. These boost the sells of the product hence one make maximum profit. Promotion may be done by, buy one get one free in a given day or giving free samples to different people in the location one wants to open the business in. This will make the residences to prefer the product and decide to be the loyal customers (Bakker, 2009). The place of the business should have the right targeted customers. This will make the business to thrive to unpredictable height in terms of profit margin.
Conclusion
Business is a risk and if a person is not ready to risk his or her capital there will be no gain. A well-planned business will be of great prosperity in the future even if it does not give the returns at the beginning. One should be patient for the outcome of the business.

LGBTQ Right And Discrimination
LGBTQ+ people have faced many hardships in the past. Rupert Everett, a famous actor and writer, stated, “There is still a tremendous amount of homophobia in our culture. It’s regrettable, it’s stupid, it’s heartless, and it’s immoral.” For centuries, it has been debated whether or not members of the LGBTQ+ community deserve to have the right to marry, adopt, and be a part of the military.
Up until June 26, 2015, members of the LGBTQ+ community were denied the right to marry. Members of the community have faced prejudice and bigotry simply because of who they are. Even though they have the right to marry, members of the LGBTQ+ community still do not have full equality. Discrimination is still found in many places. Same-sex couples should be able to get married because everyone should have the right to marry whom they love. Imagine not being able to marry someone because of the law. Many bakers will refuse to bake cakes for their weddings, along with churches not wanting to have weddings in their building. Many religious people believe that marriage should only be between a man and a woman.

An example of the harassment LGBTQ+ people face was on June 28, 1969, when chaos broke out on a street in New York. At the Stonewall Inn, police often raided the bar. They decided to make an unannounced visit by breaking down the doors to the inn. They harassed many LGBTQ+ people at one of the very few places they felt safe. The police started arresting people for simply being themselves. If a man wore women’s clothing or a woman wore men’s clothing, they would be beaten and arrested. Many people rioted in the streets and marched for equality. This sparked a revolution and got us where we are today. The Stonewall Inn is now a national monument marking a significant spot in LGBTQ+ history. The Stonewall Riots should not have happened back then because people should have had equal rights from the beginning. Everyone should have been treated fairly back then as well. The government claimed that the United States was a free place and that everyone was treated equally, but were they really if the Stonewall riots occurred?
Ever since the riots, there has been less prejudice, but we still face it to this day. As recently as 2017, there has been a major attack in Orlando, Florida. A man named Omar Mateen opened fire, killing 49 and injuring 53. They were simply minding their own business and not harming anyone. No one should have to risk their lives every day just for being themselves. Allowing same-sex marriage would help stop many incidents like Orlando and the Stonewall Riots from happening.
Many people also believe that because a woman with a woman, or a man with a man cannot produce offspring, adoption within the community would be wrong. However, it would benefit the economy in various ways.
Allowing LGBTQ+ people to adopt would also benefit the economy in many ways. One of these benefits would stem from giving children the opportunity to be part of a loving family, as opposed to being in foster care. The country currently has approximately 100,000 children in need of adoption. A substantial decrease in the number of orphans could be expected. Children with parents are generally provided with more health care options and insurance. Therefore, legalizing same-sex adoption could significantly contribute to improving global health. One’s sexuality does not determine their ability to be a good parent. Research suggests that children of same-sex parents grow up to be just as well-adjusted as those raised by heterosexual couples. They tend to be happier and feel more comfortable with their identities. Furthermore, they are often less pressured to conform to gender stereotypes. This could potentially lead to a reduction in mental illness rates currently observed in many orphaned children. For LGBTQ+ people, the cost of adoption is higher than for heterosexual couples, which is unfair. Members of the LGBTQ+ community have been fighting for their adoption rights for centuries and continue to do so to this day.
Another disputed issue is whether members of the LGBTQ+ community should be allowed to serve in the military. Members of this community have faced extensive discrimination within the armed forces. For a long period, there was no rule against LGBTQ+ individuals serving in the military. Still, it was classified as a mental disorder until 1968. In 1993, President Bill Clinton introduced the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, implying that while one could serve in the military, they could not openly discuss their sexuality. LGBTQ+ individuals were allowed to contribute to WWII efforts, albeit for a limited time. Approximately 17,000 LGBTQ+ individuals were discharged from the military once the war concluded. Following the implementation of President Clinton’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, LGBTQ+ individuals began coming out in the military, marking a significant milestone in LGBTQ+ military rights. The 44th President of the United States, President Barack Obama, later repealed the law, allowing LGBTQ+ individuals to serve openly in the military. However, shortly afterwards, President Donald Trump announced his intentions to reinstate the policy barring LGBTQ+ individuals from military service. This stemmed from a belief that LGBTQ+ individuals caused distractions and were likely to act on personal desires, as well as the perceived high cost of hormone treatments for transgender individuals. These beliefs were unfounded and stemmed from prejudice. This decision was unjust, as everyone should have the right to serve their country.
However, many people believe that members of the LGBTQ+ community should not be able to marry, adopt, or be a part of the military service. One reason people believe that LGBTQ+ should not have rights is because of religion. Religion plays a huge factor in whether or not people are for LGBTQ+ rights. According to the Bible, it is stated, “If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them” (Leviticus 20:13). Today, there are many sins that people look past because they have diminished in importance over time, such as not wearing linen or wool, not wearing ripped clothing, not getting tattoos, and not getting piercings. These sins are now seen as irrelevant, so why can’t we change the way we view homosexuality over time? Also, many sins that are considered worse than homosexuality are committed every day. Same-sex marriage should be legal for many reasons. People who are against the community also fear they will ‘convert’ children to homosexuality. They also believe that they are disgusting and “perverted”. This is untrue because there is an equal amount of heterosexuals and homosexuals in society. The issue transcends sexuality and pervades the entire society. Many people dislike the LGBTQ+ community because they are different from them. Society tends to discriminate against minorities.
Overall, members of the LGBTQ+ community face prejudice and discrimination simply for being themselves. Why does discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community exist? Everyone should be treated fairly, regardless of their differences. Whether individuals differ in race, gender, sexuality, or status, they should be treated equally. The LGBTQ+ community has fought for rights for centuries. It has been debated whether members of the LGBTQ+ community deserve to have the right to marry, adopt, and be a part of the military.
